We are now using Ebays calculated shipping on most auctions so that the winning bidder is only charged Actual costs.  We do not charge for handling or packing supplies but since the new STAR rating system penalizes Sellers for only "Reasonable" shipping, we have found it necessary to change our flat rate shipping policy.  Please keep in mind that when rating this transaction anything less than 5 stars does penalize us and if you feel you had a problem, just E-mail and let us know. We want everyone of our Buyers to have a 5-Star Transaction We ship all our Jewelry and watches boxed and via Priority Mail; on International we boxed the package and use Flat Rate Envelopes when possible to save our International Buyers on shipping fees.  Please do not ask us to ship via any other method except International Express as we will not do it; shipping via International Priority or International Express are the only methods that allow us to track packages going out of the United States.  We gladly combine shipping. We happily ship World Wide, however we must ask our International Buyers to pay via PayPal or E-mail us PRIOR to Bidding to make other arrangements. ALL Auctions must be paid for in US Dollars, sorry No Euro's. For all of our US Buyers we accept PayPal or POSTAL MONEY ORDERS ONLY!
