On the back of the clasp it is signed Givenchy and under it, it says Paris-New York. The necklace measures 23" in length. There are six crystal beads faceted cut and surrounded in gold tone metal. There are twenty-five faux baroque pearl beads on the necklace. Each of the faux pearls and crystals are separated in two link metal chain that are gold tone colored. The necklace is in excellent condition without any chips, cracks or peeling on any of the pearls. On one pearl there is a super small black mark, I don't know if it can be removed. I have not tried to remove it, but it is really not noticeable. The clasp is also in excellent condition. This is a fabulous necklace that looks incredible in appearance.
