This coin features a bird on it's face wrapped up in graceful Celtic Knot. Sadly, this coin is gone forever. These earrings have been made from two uncirculated, 2p Irish coins that have been mounted on silver plated wires. Uncirculated coins are coins that have never been used and so they are bright and shiny and like new. They are rare and this adds to the value of these earrings. The coins are about the size of an American quarter.  These coins are disappearing rapidly as people collect them as historic relics from "old Ireland".
